Good product overall, but missing some parts and trying to get a hold of someone is difficult. Really bad customer service I would not buy from them again!
My 4yr old loves this bed and the compliments have been non stop ITS SO NICE STURDY AND cheap but however assembling it was a bit much BUT my husband saved the day and put it together within an hour was well worth it
Assembly was easy but you need a screw driver! Received the package later than expected but customer service was very helpful that I want to give them 5stars!
Really not to bad of a bed. I was a little skeptical of the wood slats the mattress sits on but seems to be holding up pretty well and my daughter likes it.
Overall its a nice bed, it sits very very low. I wasnt expecting it to be basically as low as a toddler bed. so im really disappointed in that aspect. Also the boards that hold the mattress or box spring up which ever you choose are very cheap. Very flimsy. My daughter is 5 and i know she personally does not jump on beds she is very careful which is honestly the only reason i have no returned it but i can see them breaking or me having to replace it later on. I dont think this bed would be good for a permanent bed frame more so like a grand parents bed when they only come over some days or weekends to spend the night. I will more then likely be getting a new frame some where down the line and more then likely give this one to my mom for that reason. But for now it is very cute. Just very very low to the ground
the great bed is perfect. Its sturdy and so cute. It arrived a week before it was scheduled to arrive and was easy to assemble but time consuming took me about 3 hours to build. Its good quality and would recommend. My 3 year old loves it. The trundle rolls right in and out of under the great bed.

This bed came way sooner then it was suppose to! It was easy to put together. My daughter loves it and the color! She calls it her princess bed!

Slats broke within first week. GET THE INSURANCE. And get slats from elsewhere.
