As many have already stated, the directions arent in plain English or easy to understand… I thank the one reviewer who said to first put the middle screw in the piece of wood that attaches the back of the chair to the chairs seat. You have to wiggle it good to get the screw in (at least I did) but keep it somewhat loose so you can get the other 2 screws in. Once you get that, you can do the chair arms then tighten everything g up good..
The chair is study and has good padding. The back of the chair squeaks when I sit in it but it may just need to work its way out. The chair has a straight back not an incline. The wood is nice but darker than I thought it would be but looks nice,
I received a torn product and the sellers return policy is hard to use. I have asked repeatedly how to ship it back, where to ship if from, and do I have to pay for return shipping and all I get is emails saying we will refund your money when we get it back. So I am not returning, paying the extra money to get s recovered. The pleather that is on the seat if VERY thing and looks like it wll nto stand up to long term or daily use. I love the look for the chair, it is sturdy and easy to put together. Just issues with return policy.....update; finally had a customer service rep contact me. They sent me a new chair and told me to keep old one. Good thing too...as the new chair has issues as well. The wood on the new one is cracked at joints and not glued in properly. One arm is so terribly glued it rocks back and forth. So I will be cannabalining the old hair to make the new chair work. Sorry guys I really had hoped this would be the fix needed. My advice would be for the distributor to not buy from this manufacturer anymore as the product is of poor quility.
A pretty nice looking chair; unfortunately, it's uncomfortable to sit in for more than 20 minutes at a time. It arrived with damaged wooden arms. Customer service was very good and they shipped new arms immediately, but the new ones were damaged as well. The wood looks and feels pretty low quality.
This chair was easy to build, and was very well made. Looks like it could be worth a lot more than what its listed for. The seller addressed all concerns quickly and responsibly, overall great experience with this store.

Easy to assemble. The seat is firm, and the chair itself is sturdy. I really like the clean lines, dry MCM.

Nice for a small space/ easy to clean
I love the way the set looks and its easy to clean when you have little ones. It was easy enough to put together abs these are super sturdy.

Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Comfortable - deep seat. Great clean lines. Fabric seems like it will stand up to use. Great for the price!
