This is NOT a commercial quality filing cabinet. Its medium weight, not heavy duty. (But that was ok for my needs.) The drawers glide as expected. If you look at the front of the drawers they sag a little bit on the right side, but it doesnt affect drawer opening and closing. I liked that it was fully assembled (except for the casters). It came well packed and had no scratches. It comes with two keys for ing the three drawers.
I bought this cabinet nearly a year ago to reconfigure my office space. It took me some time to decide to use the bottom cabinet for files. I discovered that hanging folder bracket was missing. I called customer service and they quickly replaced it. Now, I can love it and use it fully.
I really like this product. It is well made and sturdy. The price was very competitive. The file drawer is adjustable for various file sizes. I was able to store my printer on top of the cabinet to save space. Also, The company has good customer service. If you have questions they will respone by email which is very nice.

I was searching for a drawer set similar to what I had at my office when I transitioned to working from home. The cabinet is a perfect replication. Easy to put together, s work great to keep my kids out, and has a lot of storage space.
This came packaged very well, is not flimsy or poorly constructed in my opinion. Went together very easily. Drawers open and close nicely, and the wheels make it convenient to move if needed, and they also have little levers so you can the wheels and it wont move. I will probably be purchasing a second one. Edit: also, a very important detail! The first cabinet I ordered came within stated delivery time parameters and they provided me with a lovey pic of it placed nicely on someone elses porch. I reached out to customer service and they promptly arranged to have another one to be shipped to me. It came within a couple days and who knows what happened to that first one. But I am grateful to for the aming customer service.
I dont regret buying this product. There were definitely cheaper cabinets but I really wanted something made of good material and that has 3 drawers. This product is aming and looks great.
