Be ready to spend a couple of hours putting this together. It is not difficult and I was able to do it by myself although with two people it can be done faster.
I was disappointed that a lot of the parts had minor damage. Some parts werent painted all the way. I kept the product because I was lazy to have to put it back in the box and have to figure out how to ship it. With $99 shipping fee I assume the product would arrive in a better state.
The look and feel seems good so far. The bottom bed is almost at floor lever and the clearence between beds works ok for small kids. The stairs have some rough edges that we expect we will have to buy some foam to avoid injuries in the future.
No tools needed. Comes with an Allen wrench. As you assemble be mindful of where the holes are on the poles. It will save you time from taking apart later. We had to take apart a few things in the beginning， but was just a matter of turning around some lord.

Grand childrens bedroom. Top bunk needed board supports put in for sturdiness.
