I had been looking for a bed for my husband for a year. I found this one and he liked it. I ordered it and it came two weeks ago. Put it up with his help to hold the pcs. The only thing I found hard was that little carter key was hard for me to handle. But no real big deal. The bed looks great. The price is great. Well see how it hold up. Mattress came yesterday. Do not buy a box spring it makes it to high. I did/ now have to return it or sell it. Put mattress on today and made up the bed. Hes ready to snore his head off tonight in the spare room. He has our grandson bear for company. Ive had 40 years of it. I need some sleep But I still love him.
Product arrived a day ahead of schedule. Both packages came within 2 to 3 hours of each other. Pretty straight forward instructions and took about 2 hours from box opening to complete set up. Looks very elegant and the grey tone is nice. Enjoying our king bed even more!

I received this platform bed and was missing one part. I called customer service and they sent the second product. The bed is great and dont have any complain so far. Both times the product arrived before the scheduled time. Customer service took care of the missing part by sending a new platform bed and not charging me. I am not giving them a 5/5 because of that but the bed looks great in my room. The color is as described.
So a while back I gave this bed a one star when I recieved it because there was SO many parts missing, I was in shockMy dad came over to see what could be done with the bed and what pieces to buy and he says did you check behind the frame? And Im like WHAT?? Yup, there they were ALL of them, behind the dang velcro! This doesnt come with any instructions so I didnt know but this was my first piece of furniture Ive ever recieved so I was clueless and Im sure those that gave it a one star are cluesless too. Just check behind the frame. I promise they are there also, this bed is huge and so stern! I absolutely love it.
I was hesitant with this purchase because of the price and some of the reviews. Although I have only had the bed for 2 weeks. I absolutely love it. It looks so classy and beautiful. So many compliments have been given to us with it. With good care it seems like it will last a long time. I will write another review if it doesnt meet my same expectations later on because if youre anything like me reviews are important! I read what seemed to be almost all of them! I purchased a King size. And the mattress fit well. No issues building it. And it seems very well constructed and sturdy! Hope this helps someone.

Does it ship in 2 separate orders? I got the bed frame but no headboard. It says my order will be delivered in Wednesday but I got the frame already

MISSING PARTS ARE NOT MISSING, THEY ARE HIDDEN BEHIND THE FRAME
