good looking, economical, no smell, easy to build, and works well. just make sure the size is as you expect, its not a big shoe storage, but does have space for some shoes, taller boots, and I put hats/gloves etc in the storage under the cushion. I have had it for nearly a year now and it works great.
Very happy with this! The quality is meh (the rod coming up from the bench wiggles a little, doesnt feel super stable) but the look and low price make it worth it. I wouldnt be surprised if it lasts 10 years, but I also wouldnt be surprised if my 4 year old tries to climb the coat arms like monkey and breaks it next week.
It came with a plastic sheet to lay on the bottom rack, but it had creases in it, was cloudy and made the whole thing look 10 times cheaper. So I threw that away, but it works just as well (and looks better) without it.
It was very easy to put together, I was able to do it alone super fast. One of the screws provided just snapped in half as I was screwing it in, and I had to find my own screw that would work because there were no extras. Other than that, I had no issues!
Overall its really unique and cute and perfectly practical! Great for an attractive drop spot for guests as they come in the front door!
This little bench/shoe rack/ coat hanger is wonderFul! It adds character to the room and is especially good for small spaces. It has a natural feel and is useful for organizing clutter. The set up was a little wonky because it was hard to reach some of the screw holes. Additionally, it is a lil wobbly. But other than that, I would recommend!
18 mos old grandson assisted with assembly. Easy peasy. I have it out on the patio for a bench to use prior to getting into the hot tub. It is very handy for robes and towels and shelf to keep your slippers dry on. Hubby is 350 lbs and there were no worries about it holding up.
