I am so happy with this bench. It is very sturdy - my clients use it upon entering to take their shoes off so it gets lots of use. It was easy to assemble (Im a 68 yr old woman) and very well made. The fabric is very a substantial commercial grade fabric and the tufting with covered buttons is beautifully done. The cushioning is firm not flimsy, and the seams are well constructed. The color is exactly as shown on listing. And all this for a very reasonable price. Im just so pleased with this purchase. If I had room for another Id purchase a second one!
Though it looks great, and is perfect for a small entryway, as a bench it really does not feel sturdy, balanced, or secure when sitting on it. I am 511 and 235 lbs, and it just does not feel balanced when sitting on it. I do appreciate the shoe storage though, and the top cushion is thick and comfortable.
The assembly was not particularly hard, but not necessarily easy either.
I gave this shoe bench a five star because the size is perfect in the hallway of my apartment. When I get home I just sat down and changed shoes I cover it with my maroon center table to have a bit of color and to protect it from dirt..and yet my son spilled something on it ! I truly love it !

Good quality for the money
Arrived quickly and no damage. Easy to Assemble. Seems to be well made and sturdy. Color is as expected. Fit perfect for my needs.
Will break very quickly
Its cheap and has a reasonably good look, but I hope it could last for a year. Some screws wont even go in, so I have serious doubts on sturdiness
It broke when I sat on it
Im a regular 120lbs female.. but the instructions arent super clear and it broke when I sat on ti after using it maybe 15 times

Used for a sit down bench in a bay window in the guest bedroom. Its super sturdy and looks more expensive.
