I am very pleased with the look and sturdiness of the bed frame. As an added bonus the wood tone matches the built/in dresser and woodwork in my bedroom.
We just put this together and it was super simple to construct. It is for our guest room. Seems pretty sturdy. If you get on and rock back and forth it seems not super sturdy. Dont know if this would work well for daily sleeping. I think another support beam or two down the middle would provide so much more support
I purchased the Cherry finish frame and it is perfect. the color matches exactly to the nightstand i already have / major plus for me.
i read reviews about this being flimsy / not in my case. it is very sturdy. there is a middle support post on each side that has a high potential to be a toe breaker but i have avoided any injury so far (hope i didnt just jinx myself. Just never had that before so try to be aware when making my bed. other than this, im in love with the simplicity of this frame and the clearance underneath for better/more storage options.

all in all, was about a 90 minute process from opening the box to final screw tightened.
It is a good bed frame. It was easy to assemble. I assembled by myself in under an hour. I had one issue with it. One of the pre/drilled holes were stripped and the wood on the other side cracked when I tried to put the screw in.
What I liked most was assembly. My granddaughter toted it up to her apartment and put it together without asking for Grandpa help. You have no idea of the miraculous/ness of this event. I can say that it must truly be nearly as easy as legos as this is the only thing she has ever put together She loves it and the mattress we purchased for her for Christmas. Thank you so much.
