I love this purchase! It was a little timely to assemble, but the instructions were great. It is a beautiful accent to my living room and was just what I needed. For the money, it is well built!
The box was damaged with multiple holes but all of the contents were fine! All the pieces were there and it was relatively easy to assemble..
It kind of wobbles but maybe that is my fault for not being the best builder..
I absolutely adore the color!
Product came with every part, nothing damaged other than a very minor scratch and subtly sloppy edge paint-overs. Took about 3 hours to assemble but the finished product looks great and more quality than it actually is. Hoping it holds up.
OK, so I think this is the epitome of a 3-star item. It's literally a middle-of-the-road quality item, but it still looks very nice, which is the primary purpose of the TV stand in our house. For the price, I think it should have been MUCH more solid feeling and manufactured to a better standard.
Pros:
- Looks nice when completed. The style is good. Very clean and simple. The brown veneer looks passable, but loses it's appeal when viewed up close.
- Assembly was easy. The only hitch were bottom to feet were really annoying to attach because it's laying on the floor and the hex wrench isn't long enough to really easily attach it, so it's very slow going. But that's par for the course with DIY furniture assembly.
- Width is GREAT! It's the perfect width for a 55 or 65 inch TV and most will have at least a few nice inches on either side.
Cons:
- It's definitely wobbly. If you have a younger child in your home, this is NOT going to make your feel comfortable. Without a TV (which adds ~40-50 lbs to the TOP), completely assembled with nothing inside it, it wobble way more than I would desire on short carpet. The main problem is that the feet aren't set close enough to the edge of the unit and the center legs positioning is just wrong. Nudge it lengthwise with a TV on top and you'll know immediately that you don't want to mess around near it. If it wouldn't be such a pain to disassemble...
- The door gaps are HUGE. In the product photo they are maybe an 1/8-1/16, but my unit is around 1/4 at the edges, and the magnetic doorstop only meets correctly on the left-hand door. The right-hand door stays shut OK, but it's not due to the magnetic closure.
- The doors don't feel sturdy at all. Like I told my daughter... under no circumstances should you allow yourself to put any weight on the doors, even by accident. Open and close only.
- The veneer is very thin and there were quite a few light scratches on the exterior.
- Overall quality is just very mediocre. The construction tolerances was VERY high, meaning nothing felt like it was very sturdy in place, except the feet. Those bolted on securely. But the doors and especially the interiors shelves wobble way too much for much comfort. I'd prefer things be a tight too TIGHT, not too loose.
So here's the summary: It's cheap, it's probably overpriced for it's quality, but it does look pretty good once assembled. I wouldn't expect to get more than a few years use out of it, and if you have younger kids, just stay away from this one!
I loooved everything about this purchase.
The instructions were very clear, each component was properly identified and it is easy to do the whole thing even without help (of course having someone help will shorten assembly time).
You can store bigger items if you just don't install the inside shelf, which is what I did.
The glass shelf gives a very stylish look. What a nice piece of furniture it is!
It's simple enough but the instructions are less clear in certain areas. Make sure your middle section dividers are facing the right direction before you put the back wedges on or the cam locks because your shelf inserts wont sit right if they are not and if you've already done all the cam locks and such it is hard to go back and re do. They have those in the middle of the instructions when stuff like that should really be at the end of the instructions. Leave the back wedge, cam locks and cam lock stickers for after it's all put together!!!
Recently purchased a TV that was much too large for my TV stand and found this one online.
First things first: I am LOVING this stand and it wasn't very difficult to assemble at all. The most difficult part was screwing in the door hunters and magnets since they have such small screws and I feel a power drill for the smaller screws (towards the end of construction) makes things MUCH easier, just don't go full power on the drill if you can help it
Assembly is little difficult compared to IKEA products, but nothing too challenging.
Parts are labeled with number sticker so easy to identify each
Price is worth for its quality imo
Overall good product. It serves its purpose with no issue after all.

Super cute and easy to assemble.
Great quality for the price
Great quality for the price. Love the grey! Looks expensive. Took me around three hours to assemble but totally worth it!
Nice entertainment center

Wobbly, Very thin veneer, and imprecise construction, but it does LOOK nice
