Love, love, love this bed frame! It took my husband about 1.5 hours to put together. Having two people is helpful but definitely not a requirement. The wood looks higher quality in person than in the picture. We are very impressed. The bed is extremely solid with no squeaky noises when getting in or out of bed. Excellent price for the quality!
So I definitely messed up and didnt read enough Q A or reviews because I purchased this thinking it was a platform bed that did not need a box spring. I was very wrong. The whole point of ordering the bed was because a regular box spring cannot fit up our stairs, so now we have to go out and buy a $200 split box spring so we can use this bed. That is entirely my fault.
This is going in our guest room. I am impressed with the quality for the price. The hardware looks sturdy and my husband was able to put it together in about an hour. My biggest complaint is it is NOT white. It is absolutely more cream or off-white, something I was not expecting. We have bright white trim and finishes so it doesnt look nearly as sharp as I was hoping. Honestly if it werent so darn expensive to return it, we would.

my granddaughter loves this bed. Decided to reinforce the frame just a precaution when assembling it to prevent any future issues but it seems to be holding up well so far... 16 year old uses this
