First of all I do not like writing this kind of review. The ad says the bed is white it is not. This is a cream color. My husband and I got the headboard put together with no problems, then started on the side rails. There was a crack in one of the rails not a large one but one that was noticeable. When my husband was putting the footboard together on one end there was a threaded insert missing. Overall, this was a decision I wish I would have re-thought. If you are thinking about purchasing this bed I would rethink it.
Great instructions...easy to assemble. Wrapped a sealy ortho bed with this frame. Thought I would have to attach the cross bars (normally under the box springs) to keep it from twisting but this bed is sturdy enough not to need them for my use. Came with 2 very minor paint scapes so minor you have to hunt for them. Lots of packing material. Not white white as you can see from photo next to the marble table... but not as yellow as the photo. I would call it ivory. Incredibly happy.
