Ordered 3 sets of these chairs, one came with a broken locking lever. Not bad for the price, but gotta box up and wait for more in stock? Just want to replace a single piece.
While I love these stools, one came w/one side of the adjustable arm broken off. Disappointing! I would give it 5 stars otherwise. Hope to hear from the seller.
One of the wooden seats was cracked when we opened the box and the riser was broken off. We have requested a return. We really like the style and finish of the stools and were excited to get them in our newly remodeled kitchen. We are considering repurchasing.
