We bought two of these and have built one so far with my 10 year old kid in an hour and a half. Instructions were clear depending on which side you want to have the ladder. It was a tad wobbly when they climbed up, so had my husband (boiler mechanic) tighten all screws when he got home. Still wobbly, doesn’t feel in danger of tipping but our previous IKEA bunk beds were rock solid compared to this. We will be mounting to the wall as it wakes my kids up when they roll over etc.
The mint is a pretty color and able to fit a desk and cubbies under!
We bought this bed for our great granddaughter and she loves it but, the instructions for assembly was very disappointing because all the instructions provided were pictures of the parts to be assembled. No written instruction provided whatsoever, only pictures of the parts and the bolts, screws, etc. So for us, assembly took a lot longer than necessary.
For an adult and the bed works good. All hardware was included with spares so that was nice. The metal pieces were labeled to match instructions and after organizing them everything came together within 40 minutes.
Only problem with assembly is holes not lining up if you screw in everything super tight. Gotta lightly screw in each side until all the pieces are together so you can line up the holes, then tighten them after.
The bed is quiet but VERY wobbly when going up/down the ladder. Even with the wall secures screwed in. Im gonna get a few more anchors for the bottom legs to stop the shakiness.
Other than that I love the look of this and its function. It feels safe.
The desk is very spacious. There were no assembly instructions, so I had to spend my time and energy tracking them down online and printing them. The wooden dowels were too long and pushed up into the desk top from beneath, causing bumps and cracked finish on the desk top in 3 different spots. We even made sure to tap the dowels down before placing and attaching the desk top. They were just simply too long. It is very frustrating and disappointing that my child’s brand new loft bed desk is damaged. The thing is too big to disassemble and return.
This bed was the easiest item I have ever put together!! Everything was labeled properly- even ALL the screws!!! I put it together by myself and had no problems- it was challenging because it would have been easier with two people at times but totally doable. The bed itself is well made and exactly what I ordered. I would refer this company to anyone!
After 3 hours of assembly the bed is finally put together, I unfortunately didnt realize how low my daughters ceiling is which is the only problem. Other than that its very sturdy and worth every penny!
Well this isn’t a good start. The first piece to be assembled and the holes are not lined up. My husband is going to get a metal drill bit and make a new hole so I can continue to assemble. Hopefully this is the only issue, but it’s a pretty significant one, especially of you’re like me and don’t have the equipment or experience to drill new holes into metal. Also I assume the paint will get a little messed up drilling a new hole.
Anyway, I will update with my final opinion!
I really love the design of this bed. The desk is a great feature. However, the wood started cracking all over almost immediately (see picture). Not sure if itll be safe to use for much longer.
Built this loft bed with my son and it was easy for him. Would have wanted an extra hex key to make the build a bit quicker. There were scratches on some pieces that bummed us a bit considering that the product was new. Packaging was good and no issues. A design issue was that the horizontal brace for the 2 posts at the side of the table was blocking the electrical, telephone and network outlets.

Worth the money
Easy to put together. Very sturdy. Only took 1 hour and 30 minutes to assemble.
Wobbly, easy to build, and pretty

Not for low ceilings.
