Nice looking bed; my daughter loves it! Works for my space. The are not on tracks but the V5 screws, which are designed to avoid moving are helpful. Works for my space as I can pull them out for playtime/we store toys/books in them. Also makes clean up easy.

The washers didnt fit over the screws so had to run to store to get correct size. Even with that, my 16y/o was able to assemble by himself.
