Great option, especially now that IKEA inventory is so limited. A few of the pieces were damaged during shipping, and the manufacturer replaced them free of charge. Its MDF furniture, so not the most sturdy but not bad for a piece that you buy in a box and build on your own.

Sturdier then I expected and color was perfect. Box is heavy and much easier to navigate with two people. Unfortunately, the top piece has a noticeably damaged corner and we are unable to order a replacement piece and would need to return/exchange the entire table.
The only issue I had was dragging the huge heavy box inside my apartment Later I came home to see hubby with the tool box out laboring away. He said it was a chore to assemble.
All I can say is, Its certainly not an Ikea table.
Its beautiful, sturdy and feels like a real solid piece of furniture that will last a long time. For the price Im blown away. I love it!
The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because its not easy to assemble. Other than that no complaints.

I purchased this to add a display area in my art studio. Received item in a timely manner. Put it together last night and am extremely pleased. Very sturdy piece of furniture. It is made out of particle board which in my opinion is better than the soft wood some pieces of like furniture are made out of. I am very pleased.
Ordered this along with the coffee table and sofa table. Easy set up and assembly instructions were very clear. A few of the pieces were scratched when I received them but not noticeable. The images above make it look like it has wood designs on the surface but it does not. Also, the paint chipped in a few places during assembly despite me being very cautious of all the pieces. I would have expected that to be a little higher quality for that price. Overall the table looks great and feels pretty sturdy, would recommend as a good substitute for Ikea furniture and good for a kids room or first home.
