I removed every piece from the box to make sure I had everything needed to put it together.
The instruction booklet indicated there were 4 brackets. I quickly looked at the bag and only saw two.
I contacted , and their solution was to have me return the whole table. I did not feel like trying to put it all back into the box. It had been packed so carefully. I asked them to let me know how to reach Rolanstar. They did.
I contacted the company and explained what was missing.
I decided to put the table together and just wait for the 2 brackets to put the top on. When I opened the baggy with the brackets, I realized there were actually 4 of them; they were stuck together. I finished assembling the end table.
I ended up getting an e/mail from about 15 minutes after I had finished the assembly. I told them I discovered 2 brackets hiding behind the others.
Their customer service was helpful and replied promptly. That alone deserves a 5 stars.
One thing needs improvementtheir instruction booklet. The pictures are great, but some written instructions should be added. It would have saved me some time with the assembly. I placed two pieces the wrong way and had to take it apart and then re/assemble it.
These tables have a storage area inside the body of the table/ good for hiding stuff when not in use. Also, the outlets and USB ports are the main reason that I bought them/ Im very happy with them.
I love these little tablesbut. If only the slot for your cords to stick out was located on each side end. You are forced to modify the assembly and ignore the holes unless you place the table on the left side of your furniture. This also leaves the plug/in located at the back of the unit where it doesnt open / not the most convenient. Once assembled, you cant see the cut/out, so they should just make one on each corner for universal location.
This table is adorable. It fits perfect in my small space. The fact that it has two USB ports and two plug outlets hidden in a compartment is defiantly a huge plus. If I had the space I would purchase another one to go on the other side of my futon.
Very easy to assemble. Very sturdy nothing torn apart while building or moving it around. Outlets work great. Have one in the living room and one in the bedroom makes a great night stand.
