Item arrived quickly and packaging was in fine condition. All parts were provided for it as well. My main issues were in constructing it, the peg holes to attach the legs to the top platform were misaligned and casued me to strip them out slightly during instillation. Part of the siding around the top bed was not properly stapled to the plywood underneath and slight weight pushes it downwards which might be an issue in the future if cat leans over it at all. Both of these issues seem to possibly be flukes for the one i have been shipped and somewhat overlook able. The main issue I have with the product is within 2 days of use by cat she has already pulled up the bedding on the top to expose the plywood underneath which can be seen in the attached photo. All in all. it is not a terrible product. But you are getting what you payed for for similar items at higher price points.
I ordered this item for my fur baby and it was delivered the next day. I had never had to assemble a cat scratch post ever... but it was extremely easy to assemble. Just add some catnip to attract your furry friend to the scratch post and my cat loves it! Great buy!

You have to assemble but extremely easy to do. My cat loves it!
