I commend their customer service for prompt action in solving the problem when I got one piece with a broken part. They immediately contacted me and gave instruction how to return it and refunded my money. Since, I got a chance to see and inspect the product, I like the quality and how sturdy it was. I decided to purchase it again and received the product within a week. Great customer service

Beautiful set of lounge chaise chairs for my pool area. The quality is superb. Love the hight and shape. Both adults and kids in my family approve of them.
This is a wonderful set of chairs and the table is much bigger than you think. Its actually very beautiful for the price or actually for most prices even those much higher.
All of that said, there was an issue. We purchased two sets. One was perfect, one was not. One of them was missing the center button on the back cushion.
That said, I will update this review once I receive communication and resolution of this problem.
This review started as a 4 star review because we had a pillow that lost a button. These guys were so responsive a 5 star review is well deserved.
