Im very pleased with the service it. Assembly wasnt difficult, just a little time-consuming. The furniture is lightweight and easy to move and reconfigure into different set ups. Somehow it also feels sturdy. Like other reviewers, I found the cushions too slippery and added some cabinet grip material to help with that.
For the price, this is a great set. Only time will tell as to hell it holds up to where in tear. For now, Im very happy!
I decided to wash the covers of my set. The comfortable cushions inside were completely tattered and falling apart. The shelf life for these cushions arent that long. They get very uncomfortable and no support whatsoever after a couple of months of sitting on them. Im not sure I will be able to get the covers back on the cushions (ie read cheap foam) because the foam is just falling apart. It would be nice if the seller could send me new cushions. The rattan part is sturdy and holds up. Not a good product. Try something else!!
UPDATE: The seller has contacted me and will be reimbursing me $100.00 in an Gift Card to help with my trouble. Great customer service....thank you!
Awesome couch, especially for the price. I was worried about it being too short per other reviews but its fine. Doesnt feel low at all. Materials are definitely on the affordable end, but everything looks nice and its not wobbly. Very sturdy. The cushions dont flap or fall like you would think they would. Everything tucks together nicely. Ours is covered but all the base materials would be water resistant. Cushions you would probably want to store out of direct weather. I cant wait for spring to nap on the deck. Came quickly, and was simple to put together. Just took a few hours because there are a lot of pieces. If you arent willing to spend thousands on outdoor patio furniture this is by far your best bet.
I thought this was going to be tough to put together alone but I was wrong! This was very easy to put together. I did not use the allen wrench provided, but a drill. My only issue was that the screws that were used for spacing purposes did not screw all the way in. Other than that, the directions were easy enough to follow.
Easy to assemble and very sturdy and comfortable! We have been waiting for months to find something and Im so excited with this purchase. I sat outside with a fire watching TV last night and almost fell asleep!!!!
