I had been wanting a trundle bed for my guestroom. I was nervous about buying this on and putting it together. This piece is wonderful, well made, better than Ikea. It is sturdy, well-made and looks great. However two people are needed to assemble it...and it does take several hours.
Very happy with this purchase. Now I can have guests over comfortably.
Instructions suck. My 20 and 22 years old children misassembled it twice before I had to help. The labels on the many many parts could be better. Otherwise nice unit
Bought the bed May 2018. By August 2019 the side foam was coming apart. Contacted Voila for replacement mattress and,was told none, were available. Requested refund that never arrived. Now when I email or call, no one responds. Since August the other side of my bed is coming apart so the bed is literally falling apart on me. I am 5'5and 140 pounds. This bed is junk and I feel I was conned out of $1500. DO NOT BUY THIS MATTRESS!
We bought this for our den to replace a large queen bed. Having the smaller bed saved us a lot of space in the room. It arrived quickly, in excellent condition, and all parts were included, even some spare parts as well. I actually over torqued one of the bolts and broke it, so it was nice to have an extra one in the bag! Overall, the assembly was not too hard and the instructions were pretty easy to follow. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble.
Both the main bed and the trundle frame underneath are very sturdy and well designed. I like the look of the black metal frame as well as the leather on the sides and back.
I highly recommend this bed!
You get what you pay for here. The frame is pretty flimsy. They slats are held in by these cheap plastic snap-on pieces that pop-out all the time. The slats are also very thin and spaced too far apart to provide proper support for the mattress.
One of the slats was bent and I was able to easily bend it back straight. Not enough nuts and bolts were included. I have still not received the missing parts from the manufacturer so I had to purchase them from Home Depot.
The instructions are also ridiculously bad. Different nuts are labeled with the same number so you have to figure out which one to use for the correct step.
Overall, a very cheaply made and unstable frame. Look elsewhere.
Got it assembled, great product. The directions are practically unreadable. I understand the product is coming from China but hiring an American to read the barely-understandable pictorial directions and assemble it and then to give directions in English would be awesome. Another option is to sink some money into pointing out visually the parts you need to look out for - like how the side rails, one way is up (you can barely see it on the directions). Great product, just a little too long of a construction time because we put it together a couple times after having to backtrack.
In all, we love it - now!

Great deal!!
Extremely easy to assemble. Accurate as pictured. They send extra pieces that a heavy hand person may snap by accident.
Looks great!!
Love the way this bed looks. Both my sons are off to college so it made a great upgrade to their bedroom.
Wonderful for guest room!

Works great as a day bed / guest bed with trundle! Highly recommend!

Overall good product
Lots of pieces but setup went smoothly, no missing parts or problems. Looks very nice.
Study, solid, works great
