I finally ordered this based on all the great reviews and the belief that it would be easy to return if I didnt love it. Thankfully, we LOVE it!! Its super comfortable and WAY better looking than the average glider. My husband and I regularly argue over who gets to sit in it. Although it seems much smaller than normal, were both able to sit comfortably (Im 57, hes 62). Theres space for a pillow or something as well, if you were to need additional back support. I would totally recommend this glider to anyone- especially since it comes delivered right to your doorstep!
Most gliders are ugly. I didnt see the point purchasing furniture that was no ugly that I would refuse to use later as my baby got older I spent weeks looking for a glider even at contemporary furniture stores and baby stores. I finally settled on , but I was hesitant because I couldnt find it in any stores. However when it arrived in a box with free shipping I was very pleased. Rather than put it in the nursery, I put it in the living room since thats why spend most my time watching TV while Im nursing. The ecru color and great design was actually a great addition to the furniture that I currently have.
Initially, the rocking was so nice that it would put me to sleep while walking my baby.
We love this chair in our nursery. We got it last minute after our baby arrived and it fitted me perfectly and in the room. It is a really nice gray. The glide does not make a lot of noise either.
You cant beat this chair for the price. Its comfy and well made, perfect for a small nursery. Only complaint is its short so no head rest but thats pretty obvious from the picture. But I still love sitting in it and even my 6 foot husband is comfortable on it. Just dont plan on sleeping there.
Great glider. We purchased an expensive modern glider, but needed something small for the nursery. This glider turned out to be our favorite. It is low in the back, but it is a perfect height for me (55). Looks trendy and easy to clean
Ok I think I read every review on this product before I bought it and mine just arrived today so I want to tell you all what I think. First it came fast...like 2 days after I ordered it fast which surprised me because I wasnt expecting it until mid next week. It is a very small chair perfect for a small space. It is pretty darn comfy....and no it doesnt have a head rest but I have found if you put a pillow behind your bed you are good to go, but honestly that isnt really necessary. Im 5 foot 6 inches and Im more than comfortable in the chair. It doesnt tilt forward and it doesnt tilt backward....it also is silent and the motion is smooth.. it really is a great little glider. Now for the negatives....it came dirty and I was not pleased. Really lets think about this.. how does something arrive in a box while being covered in heavy duty plastic dirty?! I dont know either, but to be fair it did clean up really really nice and took no time at all so Im ok with that little bump. The only bump that I cant get over and I cant fix is that the chair came with a few flaws in the fabric. They arent rips they are more like snags...they are annoying but not terribly noticeable but still when you pay for something regardless the price it should come in perfect condition and you as the buyer should get to be the one to get it dirty or break it. The only reason Im not returning the chair is because these flaws are in the back so they will never be seen and lets be real here returning a chair while 9 months pregnant sounds like the a big pain in the you know what. So overall Im happy with it....there are many more positives about this chair than negatives for sure. One last thing that I wanted to share that this chair is NOT white. It is an oatmeal color....it is light but definitely darker than white with some tan/yellow tones...I ordered it because I thought it would be more white than it is and even though I am super concerned about the colors in my nursery not matching perfectly I will learn to live with it because it fits the space so well.
