If you have a good/great mattress what do you need a box spring for. They are useless. Buy a platform bed at the height you want and use the 14/17 inch clearance for extra storage. Wit your typical bedding the bedskirt makes your platform bed look like a box spring bed. This platform bed is very strong with close crossing bars at a great price. Especially great for your kids room. 5?
This was easy for me to assemble and even for a non handy assembler I think it wont seem too difficult. Its definitely sturdy and high enough above the floor to be able to store boxes and retrieve them easily. Wait to fully tighten fasteners until it is fully assembled.
It was in more prices than the last frame i bought which will allow for eventual squeaking. But for now even witha screw missing its good and only been about a week. Ill update later on. It was pretty easy to set up
Nice and sturdy but a little bit of a pain to assemble with just one person. Its doable but would be a lot faster and easier with 2 people. But not bad for the price and works well for me. I will say I didnt use the adhesive strips based on other reviews saying theyre too strong. But my mattress isnt slipping or moving around so thats fine

A little too big
I got the queen size. Its like 3/4 inches too long for the queen mattress but I dont really mind it. I love this.
