Originally, I had to contact the seller bc a type of screw was missing preventing me from finishing assembly of the chair. They were quick in response got the pI needed out to me without delay or hassle. Now assembled, the chair is comfy sturdy Im quite happy with it
You should not need a hammer to assemble a chair. Nothing lined up the boards were warped. I purchased two of them and they were both the same. Did not end up putting it together for you but it is not worth it to take it apto send it back. They are mainly going to be decorative anyways. Company needs to do better quality control it is obviously not able to be assembled how they sent it
Bought as my office chair. Its not wide nor is the back high; however, it was easy to assemble, comfortable for short sitting moments, stylish, swiveling is flawless, color is a deep red like bordello, and it is sturdy. I didnt give five stars because its not wide and I have hips (size 18) so its snug in that area, but other than that it is the perfect chair.
