Love this chair! Assembly was very easy, looks stylish and is quite comfortable.
I ordered as a replacement for my old chair that was falling apart. I specifically wanted one without a lever for height adjustment, as those always fail over time.
The only thing that would make it better is a slightly larger base, as I like to sit cross legged, and am unable to in this one.
The swivel action of this chair is sustaining my life while working online. Its also beautiful, comfortable, and functional. It was very easy to assemble and arrived quickly. I get tons of compliments on it. Its a huge style upgrade for my space.

Second, the company: They quickly stepped in after some problems with Fed Ex, resolved them, and my chair was delivered. Excellent customer service.
This is a good chair for the desk in our den. It is of good quality and the assembly was easy. Its not uncomfortable, but its not comfortable, either. Fine for a spare room at a desk that isnt used that often.
The chair is a nice addition to my office. I like the support it has. Not too high, not too low. Although its not that very comfy, and it really shouldnt be (you dont want to fall asleep sitting on it) because its an office chair. I can sit long enough to do some work. My child likes it and likes to sit on it to do his school work. It is very easy to assemble. Overall its a nice office chair or computer chair.
I bought this for the tiny desk Im using as a home office, and its working out really well so far. I thought the blue was velvet, but its more like a canvas. It still looks great though; Im very happy.
