Small storage space

Although this closet organizer is large, there is not enough storage space. The drawer is very small, and the hanging rod is too short to hang longer clothes. It doesn't meet my storage needs.

Unpleasant odor

Upon unpacking this closet organizer, I was hit with a strong chemical odor. Despite airing it out for days, the odor persists. It's unusable in its current state, and I'm considering returning it.
