I bought this due to my stairway being too narrow for an assembled couch and it is perfect! It comes in two boxes and everything is packed so nicely. I even noticed they put an extra piece of cardboard by where you open the box so you dont accidentally cut the couch! It is fast and easy to put together, no tool needed! The cushions need a little bit to fluff out after being vacumm packed but its still looks great! I highly recommend this couch!
Overall its a great couch and pretty comfortable. Very easy to put together, I do have a bigger dog I dont allow on the couch but he managed to sneak up on it sometimes and so far you can see some scratches in the cloth already. Not too pet resistant.
First, the price and quality are good for a student couch or first time couch. It looks nice and is sturdy for average sized people. The most impressive part of this couch is the customer service we received after encountering a problem. They replied to all emails and pictures, provided another piece, and were very patient in their emails. Wow!

This is a great starter couch. Everyone who is leaving bad reviews should really just spend a couple hundred more dollars on a nice couch. This isnt a super fancy high end couch/ its a great value and exactly what I needed. Recommended for your first couch, college students, young adults etc. my cats are already scratching it up so they love it too
This couch/chaise was exactly was I was looking for. It is a small room, with limited wall area so I had to stay under 80 inches. I found this one. Read the reviews. And they were correct. This was super easy. Its comfy and a great price. I also bought the gray blue ottoman here, on , as well. It looks great together.
This sofa is perfect for my small studio in NYC! It was super easy to assemble and shipped so fast. I was able to put it together by myself in probably an hour. When I first unpacked it, I followed one of the other reviews and fluffed the cushions and pillows a lot until the werent flat anymore. Use the stick they give you in the box to hit it with and also just squeeze the pillows and shake them from time to time until you get them to fluff up. Worked for me. I thinks its pretty comfortable for the price and I love that there is plenty of space for guests to sit. I have been lounging on this sofa since I got it. I think it is worth the purchase so far and definitely recommend for someone on a budget. Despite some negative reviews, I took a chance and I am so happy I did.
