The bunk bed is really cute however I paid an extra 10 to bring it up to my door that didnt happen, it was left downstairs. That box is super heavy for a female to lift. Also it came with a very scratches and dents. And missing a piece.
Huge assembly project but very sturdy and attractive when its done. We added plywood on the bottom so we could use a memory foam mattress. Very comfortable. Biggest drawback is that its really hard to make the beds. Thats probably true with any bunk beds.
Recieved the box and had to open it outside as it was too heavy to move. Putting it together was a pain, but with a couple of people it is possible. We added extra support on the slats for the mattresses. My biggest complaint was a couple of pieces came damaged, I just have to contact the company about it.
Overall a well made product. Ours was received with a few scratches and the headboard and one of the slat rails for the full bed had some minor splits in the wood that appeared to be from over tightening of some of the screws from the factory. Nothing structurally wrong though.

I read the comments prior and was skeptical because of scratches on the wood and hard assembly ! Lets just say I got lucky to not experience any problem and I am a whole woman that put this together by myself
Bunk bed functions well for kiddos. It already has a few dings and dents, but with kids I expected that to occur. My only complaint is that recently the screw that holds the hook to the ladder came loose and will have to be replaced so that the ladder is safe to be used again!

Decent buy, serves purpose
