For the money, its a good little couch. Cant really see keeping it for 10 years but it will do while my girls are little. You might want to put some rubber under the legs of the ottoman. My 2 year old figured out pretty fast that its fun and makes an interesting sound when being pushed across the hardwoods. There is a 3/4 inch gap between the single seat section back and the double seat section back. Not enough to make me hate it. My 6 year old found out pretty fast that the back of the couch is not a great place to practice her front support from gymnastics. It tipped back just enough to scare her. She wasnt hurt but keep that in mind if you have adventurous littles.
I needed something simple, small, and not expensive as I finish up school these next few years. This couch was a great purchase for just that. The assembly was a bit difficult, but nothing overly bad. I dont regret this purchase at all, and I really enjoy this perfect couch for my living space.
i wish i wouldve spent more on a bigger couch. im 5 11 and the couch works, but not really. the cushions move around and perk up and the cloth on them moves around when i sit down a couple times on them, the couch is small, and the back is super short. if you try to lean back for support, you almost break your neck and your back hits a basically wooden beam. to be fair, it was 400 when i bought it after shipping. but do invest on a better one, and dont buy from online if possible. just go to big lots or something. dont make my mistake. it works, but only sort of.
The cushions come vacuumed sealed and they never fully expand even after 72 hours like the packaging says. Its been over a week and its annoying cos the long cushion is fine because it was never vacuumed but the other cushions are very flat and the foam in them never fluffed up.
My husband was supposed to have it done when I get home but he couldnt figure out the legs. He didnt know it was wood screws and didnt require a drill. But other than that easy to assemble.
Weve had it about two months and its still super firm, my husband not a fan of the firmness but its good for the price paid. Just wish it were more comfortable.
There was a hiccup in shipping the 3rd box with the arms got damaged before it even arrived to me. So i had to contact the seller and request a new package be sent out. They were prompt in doing so.
Once it was finally all here, it wasnt too bad to put together. It comes with little hand tools but no way that was going to work Im pretty sure there were no predrilled holes for the legs on the couch part, so thankfully i have a drill and that made putting it together much better. Clasping? the couch and the chair together and Clasping? on the arms was pretty tough but i was doing it alone. Id definitely try to have a helper for that because lining up the metal pieces is tough. I was unable to get the back metal pieces together but it doesnt bother me, its whatever, the couch and chaise are still together at the front.
The couch is firm but i find comfort on it. Ive slept on it pulled out and slept fine all night. I did however use a pillowtop fitted sheet over it and would highly suggest that, or a foam topper. Which is a great reason that the chaise part has huge storage space thats where i keep my mattress topper, blanket and pillows. The couch is just beautiful, perfect for smaller spaces, and i really love what i got for the money. You cant beat this price!!!
The sofa was easy to assemble, my girlfriend and I had no trouble with it. Besides the roomy storage, its comfyIve had company sleep well on it. The fact that it disassembles easily is a real bonus. And it fits in my apartment perfectly.
The couch wasnt really what I expected but it was okay for the price. The back cushions are thin, so throw pillows are definitely recommended. Theres a spot where you can see through the couch but again, the throw pillows will cover it. The seating is firm. Can easily be decorated up or down.
