Lacks support

I find that the chair lacks proper back support. It's too upright, and I end up feeling strained after sitting in it for a while. It's not conducive to relaxation.

Difficult to clean

This bundle like fabric seems to easily attract dust and pet hair. It needs to be cleaned regularly to maintain its appearance, which is very troublesome. Apart from this, no other issues have been found so far.
