Excellent trampoline! My husband and I put it together in an hour and a half. You definitely need two people, especially a strong person (male or female) to pull the final spring. You also need help when putting the net. The instructions are very clear and fairly easy to assemble.
Excellent value for the money. came quickly. Customer support was excellent. The difficulty in connecting the pegs for the net was my only issue. This has only been ours for two months. New pegs don't make the net stay connected. a poor design.
My nephew and nieces are loving this trampoline. We did have an issue of a piece bending. I emailed the company and sent pictures and they sent out a replacement part. They’re wonderful to work with and made sure my issue was resolved
