The chair came with a part missing. I called the number listed on the instruction sheet and a human actually answered who was very helpful. The part arrived and the chair is quite nice.
Reversible cushions. Pretty good comfort. Fabric feels like a broken in soft pair of denim jeans. Fit through a standard door out of the box. Nothing to assemble. Cushions are actually quite heavy. Fabric might have some protection built in, I spilled a little water and it beaded up on the surface. Delivery was done by a subcontractor for and they were great. I bought on sale so watch the price for fluctuations.
This couch is aming in every way. Im recovering from spine surgery and I sleep more comfortably on it than my bed. I sit sleep on it 24/7 for a month now and I couldnt live comfortably without it

One of the zippers for the hideaway legs was defective. Not a big deal because its behind the couch and we can still get the leg out but annoying not be able to use the feature.
I know I was cry ordering a white sofa when I have two dogs and two grandchildren. I needed the 74 size and the style was exactly what I was looking for. this sofa is sooo comfortable and stylish. keeping it clean was a challenge (mr clean sponges are a lifesaver) but then I realized I could wash the covers. I dont know why I thought I had read that I couldnt. there are zippers on all 4 cushions. I put them in the wash with bleach and they came out absolutely perfect and white. they were easy to put the covers back on the cushions. I let them air dry so they wouldnt shrink. I love this sofa! Ive owned it for 2 years and it looks brand new.
We have been struggling for months to find furniture for our very small living room. I took a chance and selected this, along with the sofa and loveseat.
Pros: There was no strong odor to have to dispel when we opened the boxes. They are VERY sturdy and VERY comfortable. Wide enough to nap on.
The color is a very nice medium gray, and the fabric is soft and comfortable. I would consider this to be equal in quality to any of the more expensive furniture we have ever purchased.
Possible Con: These pieces are very deep, much deeper than our previous sofa. I overlooked that when I ordered, and we had to conduct a major furniture rearrangement. It turned out well, but these may not be the best choice for a smaller space if you want to buy multiple pieces.
I have 2 of these along with the ottoman. Whenever someone comes over, theyre like wow, they look great but how do you keep them clean. I ordered bissel hand vacuum just for these beauties and i use folex stain remover for mostly chocolate stains, works like magic. These sofas are easy to maintain. Use the vacuum once a week to keep the dust from settling and staining it, otherwise go ahead eat watever u want to, they are resistant to stains. Zero regrets. Love them so much. Soooo comfy, they are better than our living room furniture for which we paid 10 times more.
I was shocked this couch fit in a box that fit easily though a doorway. All of the hardware and armrests were tucked inside of the main cushions. Its not heavy but well constructed and is reasonably sturdy.
The size and materials are true to the description. It took me about 30/45 mins to put together.
The back is adjustable from upright to a decent angle to flat and it has supports that come out the back when used as a futon.
This is definitely a firm cushion and not very comfortable for sitting. I havent attempted to sleep on it. I definitely recommend adding either a topper of some sort and some throw pillows for back support when using it as a couch. This is going into a room Ive accommodated for a multi/use so Im not too concerned with that. If youre looking for a daily sleeper and comfort this might not be for you. If this is to have an extra sleeping space for an occasional guest then this might be the futon youre looking for.
Overall Im delighted with my purchase.
It really is a good looking chair, but as others noted, its not a chair you can get cozy in.
I got it mainly so that I could fit along with a cat and for that its perfect!
Regarding the assembling aspect, if I can put it together, YOU can put it together!

Its a pretty chair, but its pretty uncomfortable for long/term sitting
It really is a good looking chair, but as others noted, its not a chair you can get cozy in. I got it mainly so that I could fit along with a cat and for that its perfect! Regarding the assembling aspect, if I can put it together, YOU can put it together!
