Its sturdier than Ikea, strongly built, easier to assemble than Ikea, but lacks refinement. Theres room for improvement in the finishing of the product, some edges are sharp and can be risky even for adults, can take inspiration from Ikea here.
Put it together prior to Christmas dinner that I hosted. Good ole gumbo and family. Everyone commented on it and liked it. Guess it passed the company test. I didnt say I just got it. Just received compliments randomly, so that tells me it does actually look good. My pops is particularly liked it. Meemaw said it was pretty.
Goes together well enough with one person if you are a 6ft male that can pick things up. I suspect smaller stature people not used to picking things up would need a hand. It would have definitely made it easier for me. Pay attention to the middle panels that are the inner to to cabinets. Make sure the magnet holes are facing into the cabinet at the top. I did not. Not a huge issue. I grabbed the drill and a small bit and extended the holes all the way through. They are not visible since the two trim prices hide that top corner.
Update: I reached out to customer service and apparently a piece on the bottom broke off (maybe while moving it?) and we did not notice. Customer service is great and they are sending a replacement piece. If you buy this/ the piece that gets attached to the bottom middle IS VERY IMPORTANT ? I dont know if the damage is already done, but I changed my star rating purely because the customer service is so great.
Dont buy this unless you want it to end up looking like mine first picture is just after I put it together. Second and third are pictures one month later. The top and bottom are expanding outwards and has made the whole thing crooked. Extremely disappointed.
Absolutely love this TV stand! It looks so modern and perfect in our home. Took some time to put together, but not complaining because the result is WORTH IT! Has great storage space as well. I give this a million stars!!
Update: I got in contact with the seller, they responded within 2 business days and sent me a New unit with all the parts this time, it was still a hassle to assemble, but it looks great and the first one was put in my garage. I changed my 1 star to 5 star since the seller was good in communication with me and sent a new unit as promised. thank you!
Missing half the pieces, not assembled and took forever to put together just to end up with half put together parts!! Do not buy!! Expensive and everything missing
I highly recommend buy from Prime instead of else where. It takes care of any worries from shipping. The product shipped fast with Prime, arrived in excellent shape with no issues. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the product. Everything is screwed and dowelled make the product very sturdy. Plenty of storage space, and looks great. If you read and follow the instructions it is fairly easy to assemble with just a Philips screwdriver. Do not use a power drill, it is too much power for the wood. The assembly took me about 3 hrs and I am experienced putting things together. Make sure to use the wood glue included on the dowels. It definitely has to the sturdiness. Great value for the price. I highly recommend this tv stand.
Arrived early. Good quality. Hope it was a lil bit longer but its fine for my living room size. Come with some little scratches but nothing that you can not cover or fix. Need 2 for assembly but looks great

Absolutely love this TV stand! It looks so modern and perfect in our home. Took some time to put together, but not complaining because the result is WORTH IT! Has great storage space as well. I give this a million stars!!
