The product arrived in a timely manner. The shipping box was damaged at one end but fortunately the daybed frame wasn't. Easy to assemble with 2 people, seems sturdy enough and of course does double duty as a couch and a bed in a very small room.
I place this sofa bed in my small living room. Usually sits as a sofa, and can be used as a bed during the nap. This sofa bed is sturdy, does not shake, very good quality, make by solid wood, without any odor. Stylish and beautiful design. I like it very much. My child wants to have another one in his room and use it as his bed too
5stars for customer service.. We ended up w/a different frame and I was unable to cancel this one. Their customer service was able to interrupt the delivery and we will be getting a refund. (If we dont I will update this review I did not get the product because we needed something immediately, but I was very pleased with how they were able to help us out
