We ordered 2 chairs. The chairs were very easy to assemble but one of the chairs arrived damaged. The binding around the frame was broken. I was able to use a tiewrap to secure the broken area. The cushions are comfortable but im having an issue with the neck rest. It forces your neck forward and can be a little uncomfortable. Otherwise happy with the purchase.
Swing is comfortable but I was very disappointed as it is 10 inches higher than what it was supposed to be, making it difficult to get in/out of. I will have to figure out how to get some extra length so I can get in/out of it more easily downfall is I dont find it as aesthetically pleasing to look add having to add length. Im giving it the 3 stars as its pretty comfortable / cant speak to its sturdiness yet nor if the pillow will remain comfortable. Ive deducted the 2 stars as now Im going to have to deal with the headache of getting this swing to the appropriate height (where it was supposed to hang as per the dimensions provided and referenced prior to purchasing).
I was not anticipating the basket to come in 4 pieces to be assembled. I put it together outside on our flat patio surface in about a half hour by myself. Hot tip / if you use a power tool with the Allen wrench attachments when youre tightening everything it will be a lot faster.
To hang the finished basket, I did need my much taller husband to lift and hook it into place. Overall Im happy with the finished product!
The chair is aming! The minute you sit in it you are instly relaxed. The chair arrived quickly and it was easy to assemble. I live in a very windy state with lots of storms and the swing handles all the storms well. It has a tether strap that keeps the seat close to the base. The cushions are very nice and the main one is large to provide lots of comfort for sitting for long periods of time. I love that the chair part collapses for easy storage too. Its a great chair at a great price. I just LOVE it!
