Missing parts.
We bought this bed for the baby. Very much. However, it also has missing pieces. I asked the customer service staff and the answer was infuriating. I didn't know how to communicate at all. Fortunately, we had better reach an agreement.
Maybe they can improve it.
That's fine, except in some ways, because they're missing a screw, which happens to be in my house, and they should be thanking me
