My box was a mess it had holes in it. It looked as if it was used and sent back. The inside was a mess. Way to much money for this tree. Go on Wayfair you will get something better. Not impressed at all.
The tree is great! It looks like a real tree and was very easy to assemble. This was our first ever fake tree and I dont know if we will ever get a real tree again.
Realistic looking and easy to assemble. As other reviewers mentioned you do need to do a lot of fluffing of the branches but this is true for any faux tree. Really happy with the end result.
It took us 3 minutes to put it together, and another ten minutes to fluff out the branches. We can make it even fuller if we take more time. The tree is full, beautiful, and has filled our house with Christmas cheer. I was so worried it would look sad or not light up. Im so happy I decided to get it!!
I do love how the tree assembles, and it does look great. But the lights are why I bought this type of tree and there is half of a strand not working. Im going to call the 1/800 number / but this was a big disappointment. And no spare bulbs sent with tree. And moving one from the end to where the 1st one out is did not fix the issue.

I ended up sending the tree back because it was too big but I did put it together and it felt like a very high quality tree.
TREE TO LIGHT OUR LIVING SPACE

Mixed feeling / easy to put up but arrived with a strand only half working
