We were looking for a twin bed for our spare bedroom so we grabbed this one. It comes wrapped up in a big box (I feel bad for the UPS driver as this thing was heavy!) and you just pull it out and cut the plastic to unravel. I have heard of some vacuum sealed mattresses having a bad lingering smell, but this one had no issues out of the box. As for the bed itself, it is very comfortable to lay on, although more springy than I was expecting (which isnt necessary bad, but in case a firmer mattress is your preference). The only issue I can note is that the stitching is pulling in a few areas, but its nothing alarming in my opinion. Definitely a great buy for the price and I am happy with it!
This is great for a small child. Not so much for an adult. It is very stiff but it also is new and hasnt been worn in. My five year old fell asleep and slept well through the evening.
Not that this has anything to do with the company rather its journey to my front door via shipping. But I am lucky to have the Mattress due to the condition of the box.
However throughout our mass household remodeling and upgrading our kiddos room into a bigger bed, the Twin size fit great into our new frame/backboard. So thats definitely a plus, the material itself does not feel cheap, it is also sturdy and has no tears. Opening the mattress roll is also convenient if you open it at the top end and slip it out from the bottom which it will roll itself out in the best of ways.
My Kiddo is extremely happy and loves it, says it is the softest thing in the world.

Looks nice, sturdy, has some real weight to it, and I personally found it comfortable to lounge around on. Unboxing was simple, just opened up the box, unrolled it and within about a minute it took on its final form that youre looking at there.

As soon as this mattress popped out of its air tight seal, it became irresistible to everyone. The dog even had to test drive this comfortable and wouldnt get off of it! All night comfort and durability this mattress is as good as our higher end bed at a fraction of the price. The combination of the innerspring for support with the gel memory foam for comfort really hits all the right spots. And try getting sheets on this thing when nobody wants to get off of it! Therein lies the real challenge of the night.

My tween son has been asking for a new comfortable cooling mattress. The Nap Queen has delivered! This is the 10 which is nice for him and the twin size bed that he has.
The mattress came boxed which made it easy to get through the house. Unboxing it was simple. It was pulled out the box, the plastic was cut off, and it was flipped over to the right side. That was it. Its comfortable and my son is very satisfied.
Lastly, the process and delivery was simple and quick.
