I will start off by saying the bed is beautiful and better than what I expected. The only negative was that the main frame bar didnt last a year before breaking in half. The customer service was great though and they were very understanding! They replaced the bar for us immediately after sending pictures and given all the details needed. Im still very happy with the bed even though the quality of the metal bars are not the greatest, you get what you pay for. I gave it 4 stars only because of the problem with the bar breaking. For their customer service and warranty I give 5 stars. I hope it will last us a while longer.
Everything about this bed is aming! My husband was out of town and I was so nervous to build it myself. It could not have been made easier for me. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Even my 6 and 9 year old nieces could help. It also looks as beautiful as it does in the picture. Well done guys!

The assembly itself is quite tedious and I dread having to ever move it. All in it took me 3 hrs and Im very/much mechanically inclined. There is at least one stem (attaching the top frame to the hydraulics) that absolutely requires a 2nd pair of hands.
Assembly aside this thing does what I need it to do and for that it gets 5 stars.
I am not satisfied. I was missing several pieces to this bed and now I have to wait weeks just to receive the pieces!!! and ontop of that, the box was extremely damaged! I was so excited to get this bed frame and now I am afraid to even sleep in it.
It wasnt as easy to put together as I had hoped. Also, the material that goes on the back of the headboard (that I thought was shipping material) / and promptly tossed / was not listed on the supply list. Oops!
In the end, a very pretty bed that is low to the floor; this is a good thing so my daughter cannot put everything under her bed when she cleans her room.
I had to write a review for this awesome bed. We have a similar type in our RV, and for small spaces, these beds with storage underneath are completely necessary. So when we downsized into a very small house, I looked on for one similar to our RV bed and this one popped up. We love it. The fabric headboard is a really nice color and quality as well as the side boards, which dont ever get in the way when making bed. We also got a new regular 12 inch thick mattresses for it. Its perfect and comfortable as a platform bed. Absolutely no need for ever having a box spring again. And there is so much storage room underneath. And easy to lift up and put down. We have hard floors in our bedroom with no area rug, so one suggestion with those of you with hard floors only under this bed, get a swiffer dry floor mop for dusting under bed. Or any dust mop that will fit under for cleaning, because this bed frame sits about 3 inches off the floor which is plenty of room for bust bunnies to get under.
I waited a long time to write a review on this. I wanted to live in the bed for a while before reflecting on its quality or functionality. This bed is everything I dreamed it would be. I love this bed. It looks absolutely aming. The quality is unbelievable. The weight is fabulous and sturdy. We are so thrilled that we tried something new and scary.
I remember reading others mention the backing on this bed. It is a very simple fabric that covers the back. Truthfully, my bed is against a wall and I havent noticed it at all. This material in no way affects my appreciation of this bed.
I did quite a bit of research before we purchased this product. Some reviews made me nervous about the wooden slats, so I decided to buy a bunkie board instead. We drilled a few holes in the bunkie board frame for the mechanism, and just swapped it for the slats. This was so easy and it works perfectly. The bunkie board has its own metal support bars, so I cant comment on the issue some people have had with the center support bar bending over time. The bed is sturdy and silent for us.
Im fairly petite and I can easily raise and lower the bed. I love the extra storage. I cant believe every bed doesnt function this way they should!
I normally do not write reviews, but at the time I bought this bed I was in a bit of a pinch so I opted to assemble it myself. While the instructions are relatively easy, I should point out making sure to follow the pictures to the EXACT DETAIL. I wish there was a note to emphasize the orientation of certain pieces as I made some errors that extended out this project.
Anyways, I assembled the bed and I know folks had complained about the center beam being unstable. Well, they added a lower crossbeam to keep the center beam from bending, which shows that takes their product reviews very seriously. I will add a picture of this crossbeam later on. Also, in the instruction manual, I saw a picture with end/caps but did not receive any for adding stability and to keep your floors from scraping. Once I move, I plan on ordering these!
Now, during self/assembly. I messed up and was forced to order replacement parts. No problem! shipped for free! They are truly stunning. They made my dream bed frame a reality! I will certainly be ordering from this company in the future for all my bed frame needs. They have done a superb job in every category. Each drawer can hold up to 40 lbs worth of material which is aming. Incredibly spacious! I am falling in love with this company.
I ordered another replacement part. A wooden slat. And it came promptly at no cost to me! I am truly grateful for this investment. I was on the fence, but I am sold at how they make adjustments to their product to make them more durable and sturdy!
