I love these stools they are very nice one got damaged during shipping but replaced it. The chairs have a elegant look plus I had my house decorated in a classy Barn look and they go very good with my kitchen love the stools
Poor directions to put together. One of the crosspieces on the chair that attaches to the leg would not fit because the peg was too large to fit into the hole of the leg of the chair.
Overall very happy with these barstools. I fell in love with the design, the swivel is nice and the wood is easy to clean. My husband is a Building contractor So he put them together in minutes with no problems. However one of the boxes (I ordered 2 for a total of 4 barstools) was missing pieces one of the chairs has a few scratches on it. No big deal for us as we just picked up the extra hardware at Home Depot. I would buy them all over again because the price makes sense it matches my farmhouse style. Also we have 5 sons under 12 I promise you, they could break anything on this planet in minutes. they havent broke or destroyed them yet and its been 6 months which I think is a good sign
The first order we placed of the stools did not come with the hardware. So we were sent two more stools; even though we just needed the hardware. Weve tried contacting the company to just send us the hardware so we can put the original first two stools together, but we havent had any luck of them responding. So now we have the parts of two stools taking up space in our garage, and no way to put them together. We would like to have 4 stools for our kitchen counter, but were not able to put together the other two stools, and theyre sold out on ! So frustrating!
Update:
The company responded and quickly sent out the hardware so that we could put our 2 stools together. WE ARE IN LOVE with these stools! Were so happy to have all 4 stools for our kitchen counter!
A little difficult to assemble but once the first one was done, the second one was easy. very sturdy. we sit on them At the kitchen island for every meal when its just me and my husband.pretty comfortable I may buy a cushion for the seat because the wood is a bit hard perfect height and the look great in my house!!!
