Its delivered in box which is nice. We let it set up for 2 days. Its pretty comfy especially for the price. I would buy it again. We put a mattress protector on it from Walmart. I tried it with a foam pad didnt think the pad was necessary on this mattress.
The cushioning is about medium support. You dont feel like youre sinking into it, but its also not hard as a rock. I feel like it does a great job of dissipating the heat from your body, but its definitely not going to be cool to touch after laying on it.
Its a good fit to form when you lay on it . Ive had it for a while and it doesnt leave permanent dents in where you lay it always goes back to its natural form
