Package was delivered to exactly where I instructed which can be confusing as I live on the back side of a duplex. The box was slightly damaged but everything inside was in good shape. Couch was super easy to put together and seems pretty comfortable! Great for my little studio apartment! Beautiful color good quality
This sofa is perfect / really. For my space I needed a sofa larger than a loveseat, but not a huge sofa. It really fills the bid. Piece of cake to put it together / very comfortable /love the grey.

EDIT: If something happens to your cushions, even under warranty, they dont replace it. They also dont offer individual replacement pieces for sale either. Its frustrating because Ive had this couch 4 months and I love it and just paid it off. Just a bummer. I dont want to have to get a brand new couch because I cant replace a back cushion highly disappointed!!!
I am so surprised with how smart the packaging is for this sofa! Once it arrived at my front door, I was able to muscle it in my house by myself and assembly took minutes. For a sofa under 300 the quality is great and it looks aming! Would definitely recommend this one with so many poor quality options on the market.
Great couch for the money, smaller, modern, easy to put together. The back cushions are not super high end, but we have added some throw pillows. This is in our master sitting area so it gets regualr use, but not heavy use. I am happy with this purchase, especially for the price and quick shipping. I love it!!
