These chairs are aming! They arrived earlier than they were supposed to and in good condition. Very easy to assemble, as it took longer to clean up than it did to actually assemble product. However, one out of the three I ordered had a defective hydraulic cylinder. I contacted customer service the day they arrived and had a replacement cylinder two days later. I could not get the chair disassembled so I contacted customer service again and they emailed me a video of how to go about taking the chair apart. This was a very easy process by following the instructions on the video. By far the best customer service I have ever experienced!! I highly recommend these chairs due to the look, quality and aming customer service!! I researched for a while for chairs and I definitely made the right choice!!

Buy an extra bottom cusion this think is not meant for entended sitting.
I sit on this every day for hours on end. This seat needs way more bottom padding. Dont recommend this product.
