Looks great with the real wood and simple design. Only complaint is I had one whole that didnt line up on the frame. Verified I had the right piece and in the right direction. Had to end up drilling to extend the hole and get it to fit. With that being said I still love the bed, and will probably buy another for the guest bedroom. Would definitely buy again!
I was a little nervous buying this and reluctant to put it together due to the reviews. The box was damaged when I received it. I was thrilled to find yet another box inside and about a half inch of foam in casing the bed. Assembly took about 40 minutes by myself. But I take my time so as not to put it together incorrectly and have to go back on steps. Ive done that a lot in the past. I did wait to put the wood on til the end because I always tend to put things on backwards I think this helped keep from scratching the wood during assembly as well. I bought this for a low ceiling basement bedroom. The only thing I didnt like is the bedspread touches the floor now. I may add a bunkie board down the road to elevate it some. But that is a personal preference issue and nothing wrong with the bed itself. Overall bed is aming and just as described. very reasonably priced as well.
Solid as a rock! Was easy to assemble and took about an hour (as stated that it would). My queen size tempurpedic mattress fit just fine Cute and comfortable
I have put a lot of furniture together, specifically Ikea furniture, and the complaints about this one are a little excessive. I put it together by myself no problem. It took me a while, but thats because I took my time, but it was not complicated or confusing. If youve ever put Ikea furniture together, the instructions are similar but a little easier, honestly.
Also, its just barely a little long for my queen size bed, but not enough to warrant an issue. Theyre probably accounting for some differences in size, because not every queen size bed measures exactly the same, so measure the length and width of your mattress and as long as its close to the measurements of the inside of the frame where the bed will actually sit then you should be fine.
It is taller than my old frame, but Im surprisingly liking that, and even with the middle support feet you can get quite a bit of storage underneath. And it feels more supportive than any Ikea bed with slats Ive ever had, even with the slats being spaced further apart than those beds had them. I wish the headboard went a little higher up, but it is more supportive behind me than my old one, and I really like the overall look of the bed. And the frame is the smallest queen size frame Ive been able to find, so if you have a queen bed that needs to fit into a tighter space then this would be a great frame to get.
Overall, good bed, great price (I did get it on sale and had a coupon, so keep an eye out for deals on it), straightforward assembly, nice look, great storage space, and I would definitely recommend it.
Ive only had it for a day, though, so Ill update if anything changes. it is very pretty.
This thing came in a million pieces, worse than Ikea, and with worse instructions. It was hard to tell until you assembled some of it what pieces went where. Everything was labelled, but like I said, it was in a million pieces. The slats also are just held in place by plastic wedges. They arent bolted in at all. Time will tell how sturdy that will make the bed. It probably took 2 or 3 hours to assemble, and did require a second person. It was just too hard to keep everything steady trying to assemble it by myself. Im a bit disappointed.
Enjoying the sturdy features of the slatted bed having no box spring, allows making the bed so much easier. Great purchase, thinking about ordering another base to go with a different headboard we already own ditching all box springs. Feels very modern clean with the tall base. SO happy!

There is a blemish in the head board steel
There is a blemish in the circle of picture. I just realized it when I finished assemble the bed frame. Debating if we are going to keep it
Great Bed

Take complaints in negative reviews with a grain of salt

Absolutely exceeded my expectations!
I purchased the full size, light grey bed frame! Fits perfectly in small spaces and very contemporary! I was very excited to receive!
