the package was heavy and the driver took care of the box. delivered on time, the box came in one piece. all the pieces was very well boxed inside the box over another box , instruction was very simple; took less than an 1 hour to set up, thank goodness for the ratchet reversible hex tool that came with it. never thought such tool exist. the frame is sturdy. the trundle is also sturdy. Would definitely recommend. Kids approved. Cute and good quality

Putting the bed together was not too difficult because labeled nicely. Still took a little bit of time but it was not stressful and the bed looks great. I am very pleased so far
