Looks great. feels like a big hard box with a bit of soft puffy material over it. You may break it if you have a big ass and just plop it on down on it.
This is a very nice Ottoman very pleased with purchase. For the price its great. I wouldnt use to it sit on all the time. Mine is just for decor in front of 2 chairs. The padding on the top is thin so I think if you get too much wear and tear the padding will get flat. But I have sat on it a few times I just wouldnt get it for someone that plans on sitting on it a lot. Very nice. Love color and material.
I love the look of it and feel of it I had a defected one where I was cleaning it and 2 buttons came off unfortunately. I stoped cleaning it before it could get worse. I had a pleasant customer service experience through a series of emailing/which was fairly quick and they were able to help me out where I get a percentage refunded and now am planning to look up an upholstery business to fix the current ones that came off and to make sure others wont come off by securing them somehow! So to me it was a Win/Win situation for both the seller and I/ the buyer. Thank you kindly for your assistance
I love the color and look, however, when i got this product, one of the leg holes was not drilled in, so instead of putting the legs on, i just have it resting on the ground directly. Its not a breaker, but also was not made perfectly. I didnt want to send it back because its too much trouble hauling up and down my apartment. Still very cute and functional, just had that one issue with the leg.
