I red most of the reviews here and Im shocked it only took 1.5 hours to assemble between me and my boyfriend. You will need to fluff out the back cousins before placing. I recommend opening those first and letting them air out as much as possible first. It took a week for the wrinkles in the covers to ease out. If you use a steamer it would be faster and easier for both of these tasks. The seat cushions are comfortable, Ive taken two naps on this couch so far with no issues, but theyre not as thick and fluffy as it may seem in these descriptions. Im interested in seeing how long it will last me. You wont regret it!

The couch itself didnt puff up the way it looks in the pictures, and isnt very comfortable, but you get what you pay for. The Ottoman has the best material and in my opinion they should have designed the seats of the couch to be as good as the Ottoman. The back of the couch seems like it wont be able to withstand consistent weight shifts and movement, but that stands to be seen.
Customer service from the team was great. They addressed my concerns and told me a few strategies to increase comfort, and in the end I decided to keep the couch rather than return it. Their response time was also really good. Pay attention to the pictures!
only provided one tracking number. item arrived in 4 boxes via fed ex. i contacted seller when only two boxes arrived, unaware two others were on the way with one briefly delayed by fedex. seller was beyond helpful and continued follow/up with me twice daily until all four boxes arrived.
the product itself is good. not high/end, but i knew that going in. still a good value, and their customer service made it even better. this is the type of seller you want to work with. if you need a sofa but dont feel like dropping 3x price, buy this one. tool/free assembly is simple. just give the cushions a short time to decompress (vacuum wrapped). We have no dislikes
The saying is you get what you pay for and this couch fits that saying. The couch for the price is perfect. It took about a week for the vacuum sealed seat cushions to fully fill out. Everything feels pretty nice but The biggest flaw I think is the back pillows are on the thinner side and could use double the padding. If they could figure out how to firm up the back pillows this would be so much better. LOVE LOVE!!
I was hesitant about buying anything from China, but let me tell youI hosted family for Christmas and it sat comfortably, my guest were relaxed and enjoying the festivities and I was saying to myselfnot bad coming from China. The reason for the purchase was my other couch got water damaged in storage and I had to make a quick purchase because guest were arriving and I was panicking because the couch was delivered in 4 boxes at different days and from reading reviews and instructions it says let cushions inflate for 72 hours, and I was like I need this couch up and ready. But to make a long story shortIm pleased! Everything worked out ALRIGHT. ok value for the money
