Customer service was polite. I received a chair that had some blemishes and missing pieces. After a few weeks and two additional shipments I ended up with 90 of the chair I purchased. Its a nice item, I just dont know that the quality is there and its frustrating. Quality of is very good other than this issue.
I must admit this may not be the comfiest of chairs but I honestly bought it solely for looks and not comfort. It fit my vibe for a wedding expo I was hosting a booth at and it was absolutely perfect for that. I was even able to disassemble and reassemble it easily multiple times to fit it in the car for traveling. Love how cute this chair is even if it is not the most comfortable. And thats also personal preference. I prefer deeper, cushier chairs while this one is a bit more firm and shallow, which I know some people also prefer. Anyways, super cute chair that has withstood lots of travel and now looks super cute in the corner of my living room.
I will say that one of the bolts to assemble this chair did come damaged so I had to use pliers to get it to screw in as much as possible Product is exactly as descriproduct
Its exactly what I wanted. Has heaviness, soft material, easy to sit in. Not to mention, it came in on time, and was super easy to assemble. Well built product
easy to assemble. nice old rose color. the brass modern legs compliment my existing decor. not too bulky as an accent chair. good customer service. responsive and efficient. Awesome piece of product
