I found the instructions easy to follow and it was easy to assemble. Took me about an hour and a half by myself. I wish I had bought a 4 inch mattress instead of the 6 just so more of the arms and back were showing (expected to use more as a couch then a bed). Delivery was horrible as I opted for the inside the door delivery scheduled between 6/9am, as I figured it would be heavy, but if it was inside I could open the box and move peice by piece where it was going to be assembled. Arrived at 6:01 the OPEN box was put on the porch damaged and had to manuever it inside during a thunderstorm. Thankgoodness the ring camera went off (not the doorbell) and I was up and waiting for the delivery. All the parts were there and in tact and nothing was damaged so that was a positive!! Overall I am pleased with the purchase.
Hear me out, I have my parents visit a lot. Instead of giving up my room, I decided to turn my living room into a guest spot. We use the bed as a couch. When my parents visit, its their bed. We also use it as a camping area for the kids on the weekends. I turn it into a fort. If you live in a smaller place and need extra sleeping space and a couch, but dont want to spend the amount youd pay for a couch with pullout bed, this is the right choice.
My 12yr old and I put this together in about and hour or so. It was pretty easy to follow instructions and not extra tools needed. Once it was up we hopped on and had no issues, felt very sturdy with both of us on it. The fabric is nice quality. Good value and seems like a nice pricier piece of furniture.
It fits my tiny room in NYC. Sturdy, I used a firm 8/inch mattress on top and a 6/inch for the trundle / it fits perfectly. It has missing parts, I ordered the parts online, and they sent it to me within a week. I got it for 345 from with original price of 599 from the company / very good deal!
It took me more than 2 hours to assemble but I am 55 years old and no help but it was worth it, like how the room lookshave a room for my guest and also a tv room area. Had guest about a week ago they had a nice sleep they indicated bed is very sturdy and comfortable
The directions have letters but the parts arent lettered. Rather the parts have a number that correspondence to the step youre on. Which seems convenient but means you have to search through parts with multiple numbers for the step when you. Could more easily find part A and B to put together.

The covers fit under the bed great and rolls smoothly on carpet.

Bought the bed for my daughters room and put it together before she came home from school. She loved it and as long as shes happy, Im ecstatic.

I dont really use the bottom bed, only for an extra visiter who doesnt have a bed to sleep on while the rest are occupied.
