RESOLVED ALL of my issues without any push back. Ive had for almost a year now and theres been nothing wrong with it. Storage holds more than 2 bed sets. I like the sturdiness and comfort of this product.

I had a very squishy couch before, so comparatively, I thought this couch was too hard. However it is simply memory foam type upholstery that conforms to you after a few minutes and is actually very comable.
One pro tip for any potential buyers: The instructions have you put the arm rests on last. I suggest putting them on before you attach the 2 base pieces because its rather difficult to put them on after the fact. Definitely need at least 2 people to put together. On ones own, it could be difficult (but not impossible). Perfect for us
This sofa is beautiful, easy to put together and exactly the right size. However, I wouldnt recommend sleeping on it everyday but if you must, then it will do the job. Looks great in my living room and my brother who takes naps on it, loves it too. Well made. Good price.
I got this sofa for our basement in the Northeast, which those who live here know, theyre small, especially when your house is over 100 years old! Overall, Id say its good for the dollar, but it isnt as sturdy as Id like. My cats approve!

/my chaise piece is pre/assembled slightly off, so it doesnt line up right
/the arm to the chaise side is so loose it doesnt sit upright
/ the hollow pieces (chaise and when the bed is pulled out) are not very solid. My husband is 66 and average build (230lbs.) and it crunched when he sat on it
/low to the ground, check the measurements
/low backrest height, these come up well below the shoulders on an average person Its so pretty
10/10 customer service for this company. I realized AFTER the item had already shipped that I had set the delivery address incorrectly, nearly six hours away. I contacted the company who were able to have the item rerouted to my correct address, and still received it within a reasonable time. The team was personable and responded in reasonable time when I was in contact with them. As an added bonus, the item was delivered in packages that were easy to manage moving into an apartment building, and super easy to set up, even after losing the directions. I cant speak for quality as I just set the couch up today, but my first impression is that itll serve its purpose exceptionally. Cute and good quality
I am so happy I made this purchase! It is exactly what I was looking for as far as how I wanted my living room to look. I was happy that I came fully assembled besides the bottoms, I was able to put together by myself. As far as com, I slept on it 4 nights in a row when my sister came to stay with me and I slept like a baby. My pup enjoyed it too! Very satisfied with this purchase, well worth the price!
