There is a cord that ties the bench to the box. It makes it extremely difficult to remove the bench without the whole bottom ripping open. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
Love the design, comfort and size of this bench, but I had to exchange the first purchase because one of the legs was short, due to pre/drilled holes were off. The exchange came in within a week, but it had the exact problem. At this point, Im pretty frustrated, so I called customer service to negotiate for a discount, which I took. The only way to fix this is to get a sock anti/slip pad (maybe extra) to add some length to it. Sigh! What a pain, but still worth my trouble for this stylish bench. Good but could be better
I got this ottoman in November and I was looking to buy a second one for my house.

This piece was just what I was looking for to store my extra blankets and pillows. It was broken within a month however. I have dogs and kids so somewhere between the two the top cushion boards broke internally and now it sags and looks old and worn out even though we havent had it long at all. Its a nice decorative piece, definitely not for seating or in an active space though. its not as sturdy as I would like like it to be.
It looks nice and it fits perfectly at te bottom of my bed. Not sure what to do about the legs and the fact you cannot screw them in. Very cheap materials but fine

Issues with one short leg, twice!

The legs do not stay screwed in. The scres must be stripped.
It looks nice and it fits perfectly at te bottom of my bed. Not sure what to do about the legs and the fact you cannot screw them in. Very cheap materials but fine
